Deposit

You may make a deposit to your JenningsBet account by using Moneybookers which is a fast and reliable way to fund your account.  You may use GBP or EUR to do this.  If you do not have a Moneybookers account you may open one at www.moneybookers.com. The account is free to open. These Deposits are instant.

Moneybookers account holders are identified by email address and not by name.  JenningsBet will only accept your Moneybookers deposit if your email address registered with Moneybookers matches exactly your email address registered to your JenningsBet account.

The minimum deposit using Moneybookers is £5/€5.
The maximum deposit using Moneybookers is £5000 or currency equivalent per day.

All customers who have used their Moneybookers account to deposit to their JenningsBet account will have their winnings returned to their Moneybookers account.

Once you have a Moneybookers account containing funds:

  • Log into your JenningsBet account and click the DEPOSIT button on the My Account menu.
  • Select Moneybookers in the drop down box in Payment Method Registration. Enter your Moneybookers email address in the Moneybookers Details section and then enter the amount that you wish to deposit from your Moneybookers account.
  • Confirm your password and then click Add Moneybookers Details.
  • Your Moneybookers account is then registered with JenningsBet.

Please note that Moneybookers do not allow payments for gaming transactions from citizens or residents of the following countries: Afghanistan, China, Israel, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nigeria, USA, Turkey, Ukraine.

Withdrawal

All customers who have used their Moneybookers account to deposit to their JenningsBet account will have their winnings returned to their Moneybookers account.

The minimum withdrawal is £5/€5 or currency equivalent per day.
The maximum withdrawal is £5000 or currency equivalent per day.

JenningsBet does not currently make any charges for Moneybookers transactions.

Withdrawals will be processed within 48 hours of making the request.
 
Authorisation Procedure

In some circumstances we may ask you to complete our authorisation procedure before any payment is made to you.

If this request is made we will request that you provide the following to us:

  1. Proof of Identity - We will request a copy of your driving licence or passport.
  2. Proof of Address – We will request a copy of official documentation such as a utility bill, bank statement or similar.
  3. Debit/Credit Card – We will request a copy of both sides of the debit/credit card that is registered to the appropriate account.  This must show your signature on the card.


Debit Cards

Deposit

The fastest way to deposit funds is by secure online payment using a UK debit card via our secure payment system Risk Guardian and Payment Trust. Deposits on a UK or IRE issued debit card are instant and there are currently no transaction costs.

The minimum deposit is £5/€5 or currency equivalent.
The maximum deposit is £5000 or currency equivalent per day.

For security reasons, you can only register one card at a time to your account. The billing address given must match that of your debit card statement. Electron and Solo cards are subject to age-verification checks.

You will be required to enter your CVC/CVN number when you make a deposit from your debit card. This number consists of three digits and may be found on the signature strip on the back of the card.

Should you wish to change your debit card, you must first withdraw your balance to the existing card, unless the existing card has expired, in which case you can register a new card irrespective of your balance.

We reserve the right to withhold any funds if the card holder's name is different from the name on the JenningsBet account.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals can be made on a UK or IRE issued debit card and there are no transaction costs attached to this. You should allow 3-5 working days for withdrawals to clear into your bank account due to standard banking procedures.

The minimum withdrawal that may be made is £5/€5 or the currency equivalent.
The maximum withdrawl is £5000 or currency equivalent per day.

Credit Cards

Deposit

JenningsBet accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments using our secure payment system Risk Guardian and Payment Trust. We currently do not charge for this method of deposit. These deposits are instant.

You will be required to enter your CVC/CVN number when you make a deposit from your credit card. This number consists of three digits and may be found on the signature strip on the back of the card.

However, some credit card issuers do treat these as ‘Cash Advances’ and they do implement charges accordingly. We do advise that you check with your issuer before making a deposit.

The minimum deposit is £5/€5 or currency equivalent.
The maximum deposit is £5000 or currency equivalent per day.

For security reasons, you can only register one credit card to your account at a time. Should you wish to change your credit card, you must first withdraw your balance to the existing card; unless that card has expired. If this has happened you can register a new card irrespective of your balance. We do however reserve the right to withhold funds if the card holder's name is different from the name on the account. Again please be aware that your card issuer may charge you for this to happen.

Withdrawal

If you have deposited using a UK issued credit card, all withdrawals will be credited to the credit card account which was used to make your original deposit. There are no transaction costs associated with credit card withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal is £5/€5 or currency equivalent.
The maximum withdrawal is £5000 or currency equivalent per day.

Withdrawals may NOT be possible to non UK issued credit cards or an International MasterCard. For these cards, payments will be made via bank transfer.

In the event that a client requests to withdraw their full deposited balance without placing bets that reflect the value of their deposit, then we reserve the right to withhold sufficient money to cover our transaction costs.

NETeller

Deposit

NETeller may be used by customers living in all countries except USA, Turkey, Israel, Hong Kong, Macau and Canada. You may make deposits in GBP or EUR but if you use a different currency to these, NETeller offer a foreign exchange conversion option. Please note that you will still need to open a JenningsBet account in either GBP or EUR.

We currently do not charge for this method of deposit. These deposits are instant.

The minimum deposit to your account through NETeller is £5/€5 or currency equivalent.
The maximum daily deposit to your account through NETeller is 5000 units of whichever currency you choose.

If you do not already have NETeller account you may open one by visiting www.neteller.com

Once you have a NETeller account containing funds:

  • Log on to your JenningsBet account and click the DEPOSIT button on the My Account Menu.

  • Select NETeller in the drop down box in Payment Method Registration. Enter your NETeller ID and Secure ID and then enter the amount that you wish to deposit from your NETeller account.

  • Confirm your password and then click Add NETeller Details.

  • Your NETeller account is then registered with JenningsBet.

Withdrawal

All customers who have used their NETeller account to deposit to their JenningsBet account will have their winnings returned to their NETeller account.

Customers are allowed one free NETeller refund per 30 day period from the date of their first NETeller payment. There will be a charge of £10 or currency equivalent per additional withdrawl in that period.

The minimum withdrawal is £5/€5 or currency equivalent.

The maximum daily withdrawal is 5000 units of whichever currency you use.

Withdrawals will be processed within 48 hours of making the request.

Deposit

Your JenningsBet may be funded by sending one of the above methods of payment to our Head Office. Funds will not be made available in your account until they have cleared the banking system. If sending a cheque, please write your name, username, address and email address clearly on the back. You should be aware that this type of payment may take much longer to clear than other methods.

The minimum deposit is £5/€5 or currency equivalent.
The maximum deposit is £5000 or currency equivalent per day.

Withdrawal

If you have deposited by cheque, you may withdraw from your account using the same method. Cheques will only be sent to the same name and address that appears on the corresponding account.

The minimum amount for withdrawal is £25.
The maximum amount for withdrawal is £5000 or currency equivalent per day.

Withdrawals

If you have deposited to your account by using this method then you may also withdraw by Bank Transfer. As with other methods of withdrawal, money will only be returned to a bank account which is in the same name as the corresponding JenningsBet account. The bank must be located in the same country from where the bank card was issued.

The minimum withdrawal is £50 or currency equivalent.
The maximum withdrawal is £5000 or currency equivalent per day.

We currently do not charge for this method of withdrawal.

Withdrawals made using this method may take 3-5 working days to reach your account.

Before the first Bank Transfer is returned to you we require that you complete our authorisation process. This will only be required for the first transfer.
